Όσοι σκοπεύουν να ταξιδέψουν εκτενώς με τρένο θα χρησιμοποιήσουν πιθανότατα τα τρένα TCDD τα οποία είναι από τα πιο δημοφιλή τρένα μεγάλων αποστάσεων που εκτελούν δρομολόγια μεταξύ Κωνσταντινούπολη, Άγκυρα, Ικόνιο, Εσκισεχίρ μεταξύ άλλων. Τα τρένα της Turkish State Railways, TCDD προσφέρουν διάφορες κατηγορίες τρένων για να επιλέξετε, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της 1ης και της 2ης. Στη 2η θέση, οι θέσεις τοποθετούνται συνήθως 2+2 σε κάθε σειρά, ενώ η 1η θέση έχει γενικά θέσεις 2+1. Όλα τα βαγόνια των τρένων TCDD είναι κλιματιζόμενα, διαθέτουν άνετα καθίσματα καθώς και ευρύχωρους χώρους για τις αποσκευές των επιβατών.
