La vedette des chemins de fer russes : le train Strizh
Le train Swift (ou Strizh en russe), géré par les chemins de fer russes, est une version améliorée du train espagnol Talgo, qui est devenu une partie significative du réseau ferroviaire local le 6 mai 2015. Bien que ce train à grande vitesse ait été modifié pour répondre aux conditions climatiques en Russie, la configuration originale du train Talgo a été préservée pour répondre à des standards modernes et offrir un maximum de confort aux passagers. De façon générale, les trains Strizh proposent des sièges en première et en seconde classe, de même que des cabines de luxe qui comprennent des toilettes privées. Pour ce qui est des facilités à bord, tous les wagons sont climatisés et sont équipées de larges sièges, de tables pliantes, de liseuses, de prises et même d'un système de chauffage individuel ! Pendant le trajet, les passagers peuvent profiter d'un bon repas dans la voiture-restaurant, où de nombreux encas et boissons sont disponibles à la vente.
