Pyeongchang railway station
Built in 2017 to accommodate an impressive number of passengers during the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, the Pyeongchang train station is a vital stop on the Gyenggang Line. Plus, it also became a great addition to South Korea's KTX high-speed network. Even though the station is located 20 kilometers (or 12 miles in equivalent) from Pyeongchang-eup it's quickly reachable by public transport.
