About Korea Train Stations
Pyeongtaek train station is the most significant railway joint in the wonderful city of Pyeongtaek. The station is served by Seoul Subway Line 1 as well as Gyeongby Line, which also connects such popular travel destinations in South Korea as Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, and Daegu. Pyeongtaek station also accommodates modern KTX bullet trains, which can travel with a top speed of 305 kph (190 mph). As for station amenities, the complex is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, featuring various department stores, cafes, a food court, and even a movie theater!

Thanks to its central location, the station is well-served by local public transport, including metro (Line 1) and buses (1-1, 2, 2-2, 3, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 50, 80, 81, 90, 91, 94, 98, 100, and 110-2). A bus stop is set right in front of the station building.
Apart from all stadart facilities you expect to find at the railway station like ticket offices, help desks, and bathrooms, Pyeongtaek hub also boasts a great number of shops, restaurants, and even a movie theater.
