Nice-Ville Station prides itself on being the main railway hub in the amazing city of Nice. It serves the Marseille–Ventimiglia railway, boasts 7 platforms, and operates TER, Intercites, TGV, Thello, and even Russian Railways trains. The station was opened at the end of the 19th century and was far from being centrally located at the time. But Nice grew a lot since then, and now the station is set in the heart of the beautiful neighborhood known as Old Nice.
