Ninja Cash is a rewards program operated by Rail Ninja. Participating companies (including Rail Ninja) may offer Ninja Cash as a reward to customers for eligible activities, such as completing bookings. For program purposes only, one Ninja Cash coin (Ŋ) is equivalent to one U.S. dollar (1 USD) when applied toward eligible bookings on Rail Ninja. Ninja Cash is a promotional reward unit and does not represent real currency or cash.

• Rail Ninja may launch, modify, or terminate the Ninja Cash program at any time, at its sole discretion.
• Rail Ninja reserves the right to change any program terms, conditions, rules, or reward structures at any time, with or without prior notice to participants.
• Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If Rail Ninja terminates the Ninja Cash program:

• Any unused Ninja Cash coins (or equivalent rewards) will remain valid for **30 days** from the date of termination announcement.
• After this 30-day period, all remaining unused Ninja Cash coins will be forfeited and liquidated (i.e., become invalid and unusable).

Ninja Cash rewards fall into two categories: realized and unrealized.

• Unrealized rewards (the most common type awarded upon booking): These rewards are granted when you make an eligible booking but become usable only after the originally booked service has been successfully completed (i.e., the trip has taken place). Example: If you book a train ticket and receive Ninja Cash as a reward, you may only apply those Ninja Cash coins toward a new booking (or part of it) after the original train journey has occurred. Until the original trip is completed, the Ninja Cash remains in an unrealized (pending) state and cannot be redeemed.

• Realized rewards: These are immediately usable (subject to any other program rules). They may be awarded in specific cases, such as referrals or other qualifying actions not tied to a pending trip.

• Ninja Cash coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
• Any stated equivalence between Ninja Cash coins and currency is for redemption calculation purposes only and does not imply cash value or convertibility.
• Rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as explicitly allowed under these terms.
• Rail Ninja is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unredeemed Ninja Cash coins
• Participation is subject to Rail Ninja’s overall Terms and Conditions (available at rail.ninja/terms-and-conditions). In case of any conflict, the general Terms and Conditions prevail.
