Avant High-Speed Train

Renfe’s Avant high-speed trains are engineered for short journeys between nearby towns and provide services for middle distances at high speed. Being capable to carry up to 299 passengers, the train reaches a maximum speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) which lets it cover the 157 km-distance (97 mi) just in 2 hours. Avant trains designed to bring a comfortable experience to every traveler. According to all modern standards, the trains are equipped with air conditioning, power outlets in the seats, and vending machines with food and beverages. In addition, you can enjoy cafeteria services during your trip. For travelers with limited mobility, all cars are wheelchair-accessible. And for pet owners, there's an opportunity to bring your four-legged companion with you. Though you should remember that the weight of your pet should be less than 10 kg (22 pounds) and an additional ticket must be bought.
