  • 2 viajes dos problemas. Habiendo comprado los tickets con 7 meses de anticipación, primero nos cancelaron un servicio de Helsiki a San Petesburgo que salía a la mañana y nos lo pusieron a la noche casi sobre la fecha del viaje. Después el dia del viaje de San Petesburgo a Helsinki, nos enteramos sobre la marcha que la mitad del viaje la teníamos que completar en bus, esto genero que en vez de 3 hs de viaje fueran 6. Hicimos el reclamo y no obtuvimos respuesta alguna. Una barbaridad
