Daily Overnight Train by Tverskoy Express
One of the most convenient ways to travel from Moscow to Saint Petersburg is by taking a Megapolis train. While the route is served by quite a few trains, a Megapolis has one distinctive advantage - these trains ply between the famous Russian capitals only at night. Why lose a few hours of productivity if you can just spend one night onboard instead? The trains boast a colorful design, and both exterior and interior are made in bright orange and blue colors. Megapolis trains also pride themselves on really great amenities, offering everything a traveler might need for a comfortable night onboard. There are two travel classes to select from, a 4-bed sleeper (Kupe) and a 2-bed sleeper (SV). Passengers of both classes are welcome to take advantage of power sockets, air-conditioning, lockable doors, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Keep in mind that while it's possible to travel alone (if you book both seats in a 2-bed sleeper), the bathrooms are common on a train, and you can find one in both ends of a train car.
